• With knowledge in IT and familiar with Agile Methodology or SDLC process
• Proficient in writing test cases and test plans
• Good knowledge in SQL data queries using MS SQL Management Studio 2008
• Good knowledge and clear concepts of various types of testing and test levels
• Possess good technical, computer, communication and report writing skills
• Independent and quick learner
• Knowledgeable of the following Operating Systems: (Macintosh, FreeBSD, Windows OS, Linux Ubuntu,SUSE), MS Office Applications (MSWord, MSExcel, MSPowerpoint) and Adobe Photoshop
• Testing Methods: Agile, Scrum, V-model
• Familiar with Bug Tracking Tools: Bugzilla, Mantis, JIRA, Rational Clearquest,Trello
• Familiar with test tools: HP QTP (Quick Test Professional), MSTest, HP Quality Center, Eclipse (Java Framework) with Selenium driver, WinRunner
• Familiar with other tools: Wireshark, Vizzy Debugger, Snagit, Xenu,Daemon, VirtualBox, VMWare,GitHub,SQL Workbench
• Hospitality System Tool Used: Micros Opera System, Opera Vision
