Profile Description

I worked as a ticketing representative for Philippine Airlines for 4 years (2005-2010) until I decided to transfer to Iloilo City when I got married last May. I also worked as a supervisor for the same airline's call center (May-October 2010). As a call center supervisor, I trained, managed and helped launch a team that would handle calls from the U.S. for the airline's 1-800 line.
I have supervisory, customer service and excellent communication skills. In terms of writing experience, I have worked part time for an online company doing 5/500-word articles per day. After that, I worked full-time for another online company as a directory and UAW submitter, and as an LSI/Content writer. I also worked part time for another company where I wrote blurbs about US landmarks, and at the same time, received article-writing assignments about health, sports and fashion from another individual.
I recently worked for almost 3 months for an online publishing company. I was hired at first as a content writer. The team leader and CEOs liked the quality of my articles compared to other new hires. After a week, I was promoted as Content Quality Editor.
