Profile Description

An Office Administration graduate and have experience in administrative support, customer service, and office management. With my academic and work experience, I am able to facilitate day-to-day operations, manage documents, and support teams to run smoothly.

I worked for five months as a Web Stories Creator at OtakuKart, an India-based website, where I gained hands-on experience using WordPress to create and publish engaging content, and publish exciting content using Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and collaborating effectively with the editorial team.

I also completed an Administrative and Legal internship, where I worked in document preparation, legal research, correspondence with clients, and other tasks associated with running an office.

These roles strengthened my
organizational skills, with strong attention to detail and skills to be flexible in a fast-paced environment.
I have strong experience with Microsoft Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Applications, and Word Press content management. I demonstrate strong communication, organization/time management, and problem-solving abilities, while possessing a customer service mentality. I am detail-oriented, reliable, and committed to quality work.
