For the past years of working in the BPO industry, I've learned how to use CRM and different dialers such as Avaya and Ring Central, Upgrade to see actual info When the pandemic struck I need to stop working on-site and look for a work-from-home setup job. I work as Virtual Assistant for 1 year and 6 months as a cold caller for an Ecommerce Company based in Chicago Illinois. As part of my task, I also sent an email, managed my client's LinkedIn account, created banners, and posted articles that are somehow related to our services. Since then I get acquainted with various apps to help me in my daily tasks like Hubspot, Asana, Slack, Magento, Calendly, Acquity, and Google Drive, Hostaway, Zendesk etc.
