Profile Description

My first job was with a financial institution here in the Philippines. I was a customer service representative handling inbound calls from bank clients. We submit reports about customer's requests and complaints. My second job was as a Sales promoter for Samsung. I did face-to-face interactions with the customers while selling our products. My third job was as a Program officer for a microfinancing institution. I dealt with different kinds of clients every day because we were tasked to create 10 centers with at least 25 members in our designated area. I also worked as a Branch Custodian for a courier company. It's more like a supervisory position because I handle the riders and the delivery of the parcels. My role also included helping the station head with the day-to-day operations of the hub. I worked as a remote support specialist with a US-based company handled Zoho emails and live chat. My most recent role was as a client service specialist for a financial institution in Canada. This role also involved credit analysis and fraud detection. I believe these job experiences help me to enhance my communication skills and hone my ability to provide better customer service.
