My first job was with a financial institution here in the Philippines. I was a customer service representative handling inbound calls from bank clients. We submit reports about customer's requests and complaints. My second job was as a Sales promoter for Samsung. I did face-to-face interactions with the customers while selling our products. My third job was as a Program officer for a microfinancing institution.
