Profile Description

For quite some time, I have worked as a virtual assistant and have been exposed to a variety of tasks, including administrative tasks and a CEO's personal assistant.
Managing emails, managing calendar, scheduled monitoring, appointment set up, writing minutes,  managing transactions on Dotloop and Docusign and other executive assistant tasks are quite handy to me.
I do social media management, graphics, and content creation on their social media accounts including their GMB’s and landing pages. I’ve created reels and any other graphics through Canva, Photoshop. and Filmora. 
I have a background in basic bookkeeping, and if you need lead generation and market research in the future, I can also be of good help.
I do customer support. I provide customer service and aid businesses in acquiring and screening more qualified leads that could result in sales (not just in quantity but in quality). I follow up with them via phone calls or chats, addressing their inquiries and bringing the contract to a close.
