Skilled in payroll processing, financial reporting, tax preparation, and
account reconciliation. Currently transitioning into the Virtual Assistant (VA)
and the Bookkeeping field, bringing strong analytical, organizational, and
problem-solving skills. Passionate about helping clients maintain accurate
financial records and achieve efficient business operations. As a store accountant, I am responsible for the following:
• Managed daily sales recording, weekly cash reports, and monthly profit and loss statements.

• Processed payroll and monitored attendance for daily-paid employees.

• Handled accounts payable and receivable; ensured all financial transactions
were accurate and timely.

• Prepared journal entries and reconciled bank accounts.

• Computed and filed taxes (VAT, Withholding Taxes, Income Tax) with proper
attachments.

• Supported annual financial audits and compliance documentation.

• Maintained organized accounting files and reports aligned with the company
policies. I am using the QuickBooks Desktop accounting system and am currently training in QuickBooks Online and Xero.
