During the time I've worked in the call center industry, I was able to learn how to interact to the different type of people may it be old or young, irate or calm, rich or poor, educated or not and the like. I was able to learn how the true meaning of customer service skills and I was able to handle my job pretty well. My job depends on the customer, so, I make it sure that they are valued and explain thoroughly why at times I cannot honor their request due to the company policy.I know based from these experience I can be an asset.
