As a technical support representative and at the same time a customer service representative, I know how to handle basic networking and
basic trouble shooting ( especially with routers, access points and printers). I was trained to take calls and handle all sorts of customers/clients from all walks of life. I was also trained to respond to email technical writing and handling four chat sessions at a time where multitasking is required.
