I am proficient in the English language. I worked as a Communication Analayst/Trainer in a BPO company. My team was responsible for evaluating the communication skills of the contact center agents. We were also given the chance to train potential employees in developing language and communication skills.
I am Internet savvy. I also know a bit about HTML as I used to design my own blog template with the help of Adobe Photoshop. I am also proficient in the use of MS Office applications such as MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel. I can work on my own and don't need much supervision. I am really looking for a long-term and stable job because I prefer working at home.
