Good Day! I am a licensed mechanical engineer that specialized in product designing. I use softwares like AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Sketch Up, Romax, and other applications as well. I have experience in bearing manufacturing company and I hold the knowledge of bearing manufactuing process. From Forging to heat treatment, to turning and to grinding, from superfinishing, assembly, and packaging. I know how to operate the machines needed to bring to life the design I created. I also know how to use the tools and machines needed in order to check and improve specific datas in my design ( e.g
Vibration machine, radial clearance,vickers hardness test, and many more). I am also knowledgeablw regarding the DFMEA, Root Tree Analysis, APQP. I also communicate with other designers throughout the world and also coordinate with plant managers to facilitate the design and manufacturing process.
