One year experience as a home based collection specialist for workers compensation law, 4 years at BPO industry assisting clients from the US handling Customer Care Support and Collection Industry Employers for Workers Compensation. One year as a Liaison officer. I can assist and and help you with your research, phone and email support, data entry and administrative work. I can also handle customer inquiries, build productive relationships, resolve complex issues and win customer loyalty. I am willing to give my best in everything that I do. I always make sure to finish all the task at a given deadline. I am a loyal person and I believe that loyalty can cover up everything, from integrity to excellent performance. I am self-motivated and quick to adapt to any work environment jobs with or without supervision.
