Profile Description

I am a results-driven operations and sales professional with over 15 years of experience in lead generation, outbound sales, and team leadership. Most recently, I served as a Sales Associate at Aged Corps USA. In that role, I was responsible for the end-to-end prospecting process—from defining ideal customer profiles to managing automated email sequences and scheduling appointments and closing the sale for the team.

Before focusing on lead generation, I spent several years in high-level management roles. At Orbio World, I was promoted from an outbound sales representative to an Operations Team Manager. I oversaw production areas, designed training programs, and conducted one-on-one coaching to drive team efficiency.

Prior to that, I served as an Operations Head Manager at Intelesquad Solutions, where I acted as the primary liaison for U.S. clients, translating their business directives into actionable team strategies. My foundation in this industry actually began at IPP Technologies, where I spent a decade evolving from a sales representative to a Senior Operations Lead, managing multiple team leaders and directly contributing to revenue generation through payment processing and SEO service sales.
