Creating weekly or monthly report using Microsoft power point regarding the project status and issues and concern.

Creating letter such as issues and concern on site.

Responsible for creating detailed 2D and 3D drawings using AutoCAD software based on specifications provided by engineers, or designers. Interpreting technical drawings, updating designs, and ensuring that all plans meet project standards and requirements. And producing precise and updated as-built drawings that reflect the actual conditions of a completed construction or installation project.

Model Development: Create and update 3D BIM models for MEPF disciplines using software such as Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD. Interpret and model based on design drawings, specifications, and sketches. Coordination and Clash Detection: Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate BIM models. Run clash detection using Navisworks or similar tools and assist in resolving coordination issues. Participate in coordination meetings and update models based on feedback. Generate 2D drawings, shop drawings, sections, and schedules directly from BIM models. Support the development of as-built models. Perform regular model checks for accuracy, compliance, and completeness. Embed and manage parametric data and object information within the models. Assist in maintaining project-specific BIM libraries and templates.

Experienced in creating accurate and organized markups in Bluebeam Revu to support design review and project coordination.

Clash Detection: Find and report conflicts between different trades and coordinate with the assign Engineer. Walkthroughs/Animations: Visual walkthroughs for project presentations or coordination during workshop meetings. Comments & Redlines: For team collaboration and review.
