It's been a quite sometime that I've been in computer troubleshooting. Being a graduate of a vocational course plus a student of a Degree course in the said field, I am more than just a novice in the said field. I know very well in Microsoft Applications (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) as well as Adobe Photoshop and Sony Vegas. I also know how to make a program and as a matter of fact, I was able to make a database program which will check the inventory of the computers in my designated area, log the repair history of the computer and
log all my daily report.
