I have a strong understanding of administrative tasks and I am proficient in using various tools such as Google Suite, Microsoft Office, Trello, Asana, Gorgias, Shopify, Notion, Canva and Salesforce.

My extensive experience in the customer service industry has taught me how to meet and exceed each customer's expectations with exceptional service that drives sales. I am flexible and enjoy learning new skills. I have excellent attention to detail; I am accurate and meticulous when it comes to my work. I am highly organized with strict adherence to deadlines, proficient at multitasking, and I work well under pressure.
