I have hands-on experience using QuickBooks and basic knowledge of Xero, and I'm willing to deepen my understanding of Au bookkeeping processes, compliance requirements, and day-to-day workflows. my Goal is to gain in-depth knowledge, practical experience while contributing value to your team.

I am hardworking, detail-oriented, and highly motivated to learn. My experience includes working with multiple sections of QuickBooks, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all tasks:

*Banking Section:
-Updating bank accounts to ensure accurate financial tracking.
-Adding, matching, transferring, and excluding bank feeds for seamless transaction reconciliation.
-Manually uploading bank feeds to maintain accurate financial records.
-Setting up rules to automate transaction categorization and enhance workflow.
-Reordering bank accounts to maintain a well-organized financial structure.

*Sales Section:
-Creating products and services to effectively manage inventory and sales.
-Adding new customers to maintain up-to-date customer records.
-Monitoring incoming deposits from customers via QuickBooks Payments, -ensuring timely and accurate payments.
-Creating invoices for customers and managing billing processes.
-Receiving payments and accurately depositing funds into the correct accounts.

*Expense Section:
-Creating new vendors and managing vendor information for smooth accounts payable operations.
-Creating bills, expenses, checks, and vendor credits to ensure accurate tracking of company expenditures.

With my strong knowledge and hands-on experience with QuickBooks, I can handle all aspects of accounting, ensuring efficient and accurate financial management for your business.

Regarding my Internet service provider I have a stable internet and well-functioning connections:
Primary ISP: Converge FIBERX -  speed ranging from 50mbps to 100mbps
Secondary ISP: Globe Telecom Data - speed ranging from 40mbps to 80mbps

As for my computer setup, I have a laptop equipped with 8GB Ram with I5.
I have also a Hp monitor for my split screen setup.
