I am a passionate women who always strive for best in life and work.
I have been a Customer Service for 8 years now. I started as a trainee without any proper training from my colleagues. But I still managed to gain knowledge of what will be my passion for 8 years.
As a Customer Service, I worked on the development of the Customer product together with the Sales Person. I, together with Sales Person as a team, we do our best the win our Customer. I am providing them a good communication starting the time I received their orders until the delivery.
For me, communication is the key to build the relationship between me and the Customer.
I have been working with Local and Multi-national ---------- om smallest to biggest Company. I worked with Malaysian, Singaporean, Australian, European and among any other Asian business partners.
