Profile Description
I am a nationally certified chef who holds an Associates degree in Culinary Arts from De La Salle University - College of St. Benilde, one of the prestigious school in the Philippines. Prior to that, I also finished the "Professional Culinary Arts & Patisserie" in Center for Asian Culinary Studies. I had various experiences working with a couple of small-medium scale catering companies & restaurants as a consultant before I was assigned as the Chaud de Cuisine at the Office of the President in Malacanan Palace, personally handling the First Family kitchen.
Currently, I work as a Chef Instructor for De La Salle's "La Salle Institute of Culinary Arts" (DLSL-LICA) professional culinary arts program.
