Profile Description
As ICT Hardware Specialist, I'm responsible for the
management, support and maintenance of ICT systems, networks and equipment. I monitor the performance of servers (VMware), perform periodic data backups, maintain and secure the surveillance system and telephony. Our role typically includes the ability to provide necessary support regarding hardware related issues or software assistance on end-user. Most important duty is the round-the-clock assistance to minimize downtime issues for business continuity.
