Profile Description

I have been working for almost 20 years and has gained expertise in the areas of marketing, PR, business development, operations and general administration including human resources.
My experience handling Executive Assistant roles in the past and working directly with the President/ CEO/ company owner and other top executives of multinational and top local companies provided me the necessary learnings and exposure to difference facets of the business and which became very relevant in my eventual assumption to management roles.
I also handled and implemented several projects funded by USAID, InWent and other international funding agencies during my stint with non-government organizations and one particular project on technology business incubation I managed has eventually taught me skills in setting up start up companies.
I had experienced setting up companies, managing and growing a branch of my latest company (a recruitment firm) that involved construction of an expansion office which I personally managed. From revenue loss upon my assumption of office as branch manager of said recruitment firm, the company gained more than 200% revenue at the end of my 3rd year.
I am very keen on details, flexible and very results-oriented. I had worked directly with different foreign expats including French, American, Australian, Chinese and Japanese. I also like to travel domestic and international and has so far been to Singapore, Hong Kong, Macau, Beijing, Kuala Lumpur and Melacca in Malaysia, Siem Reap and Phnom Penh in Cambodia, Jakarta and Bali in Indonesia, Thailand.
