Hello! Im Dina B. Navarra,from Philippines.
Im knowledgeable in microsoft office,basic troubleshooting,networking,email and phone support.
I had been working last two years from a IT company here in Philippines,we handle some clients using MFP's (Multifunction Peripherals) or we called Sharp MFP. My main role and responsibility in my former work is to handle calls and email support from our clients with problems to their machines.. I also doing some email support and most specially virtual desktop support using Teamviewer software.
This skills i have can contribute to you or in your company because I have 2 years experience in technical support.
Not only that, I have also a experienced in data entry. Im the team leader of our group, tracking some data they try to input in our system. Im the one who checks and edit some errors in the system,like quality control.
