Profile Description

I have been a Technical Support Representative for a year and a half for a computer account. From there I applied to become a trainer for the same account and had been a trainer for five and a half years before becoming the Site Quality Manager for that company handling tech support, customer service and sales accounts. I recently got redundancy from my previous company as we (Stream Global Services) were bought by Convergys.
At this point, I am currently looking to utilize some free time to be productive and earn a bit as well on the side. I am tech savvy and based on typingtest.com, my typing speed averages from 75-85 words per minute. I have my own computer and internet connection aside from always being online through my mobile phone. I learn quickly and can easily adapt to changes as needed.
