I have several years of experience as Real Estate Appraisal Researcher and Compiler, Broker Pricing Opinion Analyst, Acquisition Expert for investors, Data Entry, Excel expert and Web Posting. Knowledgeable in alamode, Datamaster, Redstone and various MLS. I have completed over 500 reports. I am very familiar with the whole process from starting the file to compiling the report. I do Real Estate Research in FL, CA, TX, OH, MI, PA, NJ, NY, ID and WA. I gained great knowledge in acquiring taxes, map research, pulling sold and listing comps using MLXchange, inputting CMA's to valuation form, providing relevant comments, uploading subject and comparable photos and managing quality control.
