Profile Description

I've been in the industry for almost 7 years. Within those 7 years, I became an expert at customer service skills and have been a subject matter expert for many accounts and products. Because of natural skills to share and transfer knowledge, I was fortunate enough to be promoted as a Training Specialist on more than one occasion. I have been
training for almost half of my career in the BPO industry to date. The field I am most skilled at is communications and language training. I am most comfortable teaching soft skills, if you may. However, I also have experience with technical accounts and customer service accounts (voice and non-voice). I have worked hand in hand with clients to turn around a campaign by creating a curriculum from scratch, which I proudly launched single-handedly across all local sites of my former company (5 sites to be exact). Coaching and development is also a comfortable suit for me. I am usually engaged and committed throughout an agent's life cycle (from foundations training to nesting). I often call myself a "jack of all traits" in a BPO. As a trainer you change hats on a daily basis, being a lecturer, a facilitator, an OPs supervisor, a quality analyst, on top of ad hoc tasks and deliverables. I flaunt my strong communication skills as often as possible and my natural ability to communicate. I have excellent speaking and writing skills in english, which adds another badge under my belt.
