Profile Description

Two years, I was like a zombie for almost two years. I am a Customer Service Representative or a Call Center Agent, as most people call it, assisting
American customers about their bills and encouraging them to purchase our services or to upgrade their existing service. Being a competitive person, I always aim to be on top not just on a monthly basis but on an everyday performance. However, we all know that working during the night when all other people are sleeping is difficult.
Now, I am a tutor of a 16-year old Korean boy who wants to learn the basic of English language. We are seeing each other an hour a day for our tutorial session. He is not my first student though. During my college days, I worked as well as a tutor of 2 high school students, but it's not just all about English, we also discussed Mathematics and Science.
