I have been in a Business Process Outsourcing Company for more than 2 years as a Chat
Sales Agent/Customer Service in that span of time I have learned a lot, from the proper manners as a chat support to the correct responses, in transitioning a chat into a sale, and in guiding the customers to their online order.
I have also worked as an HR Personnel that's why I know how to do admin tasks, specifically in recruitment and selection. I am very highly trainable and efficient worker. I am flexible and dedicated with my work.
