Profile Description

I have been a Digital Marketing Manager since 2010 which started as a Community Management experience for an online game and continued for different local and foreign brands in the next couple of years.

As a Marketing Manager, planning for revenue generation methods is a vital role for the direction of the company's income, and is implemented using Social Media sites, such as Facebook and Twitter, and third party contacts, like Press Release (PR) websites and gaming forums. Aside from this responsibility, I am also doing Game Monetization, wherein ways are made to generate revenue from the free online games in the market. I also took over Billing Coordination for more than 6 months since the maternal leave of our Billing Coordinator. Tasks include daily and monthly sales report, electronic Pin (ePin) generation and distribution, "bank deposit to user account" transactions (in which deposited cash is converted into in-game currency) and customer service related with cash transactions. Aside from the technical side of marketing, I am also in charge of creating digital images for banners, article writing and press releases. As for customer support background, I have handled game and technical related concerns for different online games.
