I have been in the field of medical transcription for over 5 years, being a QA Associate as my recent position in my previous company.
My job involves proofreading and editing transcribed medical reports maintaining at least 98% quality rate serving multiple clients using different platforms.
I also do transcriptions when needed according to the company’s manpower situations observing client reports’ turn-around time.
The types of reports that we do include progress notes, initial history and physical exams, discharge summaries and operative reports.
