My latest job was with a transcription company whose account was called Voice to Text. I was an entry level there for a year and succeeding years got designated to work with the quality assurance team doing reviews and recommendations to agents. As a coder basically I listened to audio messages and converted them into text messages. When I became a reviewer, I reviewed the agents' converted messages while listening to the audio focused on the quality or the accuracy of their work. Doing this for almost six years I can say that my listening skill got familiar with different English accents especially Australian and British accents which is quite beneficial. My last salary was Php17000.
When I was a Document Analyst in a litigation company, I basically looked or searched for information or data on various documents. These data such as names, dates, titles of documents, places, etc are required by the client to be put in the database for easy access towards information that will be used by lawyers in a US court of law. After 6 months I became a reviewer for quality assurance until the company closed down due to global recession in the late 90's. I worked there for over a year.
So as you can see, I have team skills, time-management, keen attention to details, basic computer and Microsoft Word and Excel operating skills. I can also create email reports as I've had experience with customers needing follow ups with their requests on their accounts. Phone skills, writing and research skills.
