• Oversee the case using the Case Owner Dashboard to ensure that cased are delivered based on defined Service Level Agreement.

• Initiate the Database Check
• Send Mail/Fax/ Email with accurate information and ensure correct consent form is attached. For Online Verification, input necessary data to generate the results.
• Confirm with vendor if request was received. Confirm next follow up date / expected completion date
• Update SOPSS with correct comments and formatting. Update MIS and complete Database verification
• Draft reports and ensure full quality and analyze checks starting from data entry team, data validation team, verification associates and case creation team.
• Analyze and validate details entered by the Data Entry Associate, accomplish data entry requests sent by Clients and the Client Relations Team within SLA and action data entry requests from the Client Relations team and answer queries pertaining to the data entry from both the Client and the Client Relations Team.
• Knowledgeable in computer organization, computer system installation, local area networking, internet/web application development, database management system and SQL development. Well-versed in using Operating systems such as Windows 98, Windows XP, Windows Vista, Windows ME, Windows 7 and in using Microsoft Office Applications such as MS Word, MS Access, MS PowerPoint and MS Excel, MS Outlook and MS Publisher. Also, knowledgeable in various programming languages and multimedia applications such as Turbo C Language, C++, Visual Basic 6.0, VB .NET, Visual Foxpro, Crystal Reports, Java, Javascript, HTML, Adobe Photoshop, Dreamweaver and Macro Media Flash.
