my previous job is reservation officer to an IT company who book guest to their desired hotels from Philippines and some part of asia.
The part of my job is taking calls, assist all guest to their needs and wants depends on which place or hotel they want to visit, process their payment through bank or credit card online.
I am responsible to handle queries from our partner hotels regarding the system we are using via internet.
Multi task work is everyday in our field like taking calls while answering inquiries from
windows excels.
