I've been in desktop support most of my career. Helping users navigate the use of computers, troubleshooting errors in applications and deploying software and hardware across the site are the most usual activities. I'm an expert when it comes to customizing the operating system to fit the users needs. I have extensive knowledge in the windows operating platforms. I've managed more than 2500 desktops in a corporate environment (in a team of 6). I believe that there is always a smarter and better way to do things.
