Profile Description

I believe that the skills I have developed from my work experience, training and academic background support my candidacy to apply for a job fit to my qualification.
I am Anna Reah Garcia, a graduate of Bachelors of Science in Agricultural Business (2004) as well as a Master of Science in Horticulture (2012) graduate. I am a license Teacher and license Agriculturist of the Philippines. I am one of skill trainers of Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA).
I have been teaching for eight
(8) years in the following institutions:
1. Instructor I/Trainer – Davao National Agricultural School –Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (October 2012 – Present)
2. Part-time Instructor – University of Southeastern Philippines (USeP)- Compostela Center (June 2004 – November 2009; 2012 to present)
These experiences have really honed my teaching and management skills since I was given an opportunity to educate student’s different levels and to perform office job. The work has enhanced my communication skills and has also developed my creativity in formulating different activities outside of the traditional classroom experience which encourage critical thinking and desire to learn. It was a great challenge for me to be able to adjust to them and still be able to maximize their potentials both in academic and the social realms of their lives.
These experiences have helped me a lot in dealing with different individuals and groups, thus, improving my interpersonal skills. Dedication to work, ability to produce and be effective in work was also enhanced since I always see to it that project output is always accomplished.
