Profile Description

I'm currently working as an Operations Manager for Customer Service in one of the largest telecommunication companies in the USA with operations based in the Philippines. I've been in the customer service industry for over 12 years. I can do jobs in data entry and customer service through chat, email or telephone with quality output. Being in the customer service industry for more than half a decade, I'm very particular with quality and productivity. My communication skills, either written or oral, are beyond average. I also consider my knowledge in computers, internet technology, information technology and other technical-related matters, as an advantage in doing my job well.
