Profile Description

I graduated Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Holy Trinity University last 2012 and passed the Nurses Licensure Examination on July of the same year. I worked as Company Nurse/ HR Assistant in Citystate Asturias Hotel for nine months before I got hired in my present job as Customer Service Associate/Level II in Banco De Oro, Unibank where I have been working for more than a year now. In both jobs, I was able to come across different people from different age, races and walks of life everyday. I was able to improve my customer service skills as well as my communication skills. In my present job, I learned to work with grace under pressure because we have to deal with many clients with different transactions everyday with a long queue awaiting their turn. I am also presently enrolled in school taking up units in Education because I hope to be a licensed teacher in the future. My classes are every Saturday and Sunday.
