I am a registered nurse here in the Philippines and I also had a 4-year background working in the BPO industry as a customer service representative. I am well versed in using the internet, microsoft office, social media and of course in dealing with people from all walks of life. I am currently working as a nurse and I am looking for a part-time job to be more productive and also to continue practicing my computer/customer service skills. I can work 20 hours a week. In my 4 years of stay as a customer service representative, I have handled fleet card accounts, insurance claims and payroll processing and tax filings and deposit services for US-based clients.
