I have worked in several call centers for 8 years and had a different work experiences and duties. For some years I was a customer service officer handling inquiries and complaints from the customers. I was also part of the Escalation team in one company wherein I handled different complaints, escalation, email concern from the different departments, and answering different types of inquiries from the clients, management and customers at the same time. I was also one a Data analyst wherein we do non-voice support. This one is more of the analyzation and encoding of the correct information of different US clients. And lastly, I worked in Sales for the past 2 years and a half in Singapore. This is more of a face to face customer service and sales job.
