Australian telco for over 5 years.
My experience in delivering world class customer service and my technical skills makes me a good match for various positions. I have a strong knowledge in internet and computer troubleshooting. I can also do internet research, data entry, and social media postings. I am familiar with different computer programs like Microsoft Office specifically Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. I can also do simple video editing and animated presentation using various tools and softwares.
My core competency is creativity and problem solving in terms of finding solutions and making things work out for the client.
