I was with the BPO industry for about 3 years and 4 months. Worked as a Customer Service Representative for 1 year 4 months and a hard core Sales Representative for 2 years. Expert in order processing. Can answer inbound calls and can do outbound calls as well. I was an appointment setter for 4 months.
I am experienced in using Boomtown, Zillow and Vulcan 7. Also familiar with RMLSWEB. Can take 100 calls or more /day. Can do multi-tasking/ can do follow-up call with a potential buyer or seller. Can call Buyer leads, FSBO, Expired Listing.I can send emails. I have a stable and reliable internet connection, a working desktop, noise cancelling headset that I can use for calling out leads. I can also work U.S hours.
