Profile Description

I started my career when I was only 19 years old. I’ve been working as a Recruitment Specialist since November of 2017 focusing on healthcare, providing needs of different clients in different states in the U.S. My tasks include sourcing, screening, interviewing and guiding candidates through the whole application process. I was also responsible for sending texts and emails, calling, and reminding candidates, gathering all the required documents, putting, and updating information in the system and submitting candidates to the account managers. Additional tasks include training new recruiters and sending reports to my supervisor. I have gained a lot of experience and learned a lot of lessons throughout my entire career, but I’m looking forward for more new, exciting and heart thrilling experience I know will help me become more efficient and productive in my chosen line of profession.
