Hi, this are my skills based on my experiences. I've worked
as a Customer Service Specialist in a prestigious BPO company in Manila for almost a year and a half. My main job is to attend to our clients concern like answering on their important query about their mobile phone bills, handle complains, basic troubleshooting on mobile phones, process bill payments and process product upgrades. I also worked as a Technical Support Agent with AT&T Uverse for 5 months. Mostly troubleshooting internet and cable television. My recent job is with a Local Call Center agency. I'm an Officer-in-Charge. My main job is to manage the business, handle agents and making sure that they are doing their jobs right. We are a third party agency working for a local bank here in the Philippines. We handle Personal Loan Accounts. Our main concern it to convince and screen qualified client to avail the bank's Personal Loan offer.
