My expertise lies on article content writing and maintaining websites/blogging. I've been a blogger for 6 years now.
I am a Quality Analyst for one of the leading ISP, Cable and Phone Subscribers in the US, I monitor and evaluate different customer interactions and make sure the services we are providing are at par with our client's expectations and standards.
I am a student for one of the leading Universities here in the Philippines.
I am also a blogger.
