I am currently employed as a call center agent in a marketing research firm called Opinionology Phil. Inc. headquartered at Orem, Utah, USA. We do outbounded calls specifically conducting different types of surveys: awareness studies, cosumer or customer satisfcation, political and more, on landlines and cellphones in different States. We never pay the respondents who take the survey so it really requires excellent skills in speaking english to convince them to participate and give their time to us. This work requires us to be quality-oriented and at the same time production-wise to meet quotas needed for every project. I am priud to say that I am one pf the veteran agents of the company and is one of the top producers. I have good working ethics and is strictly complying to quality standards.
