Profile Description

I have years of experience in providing electronic and computer technical support. This includes hardware, network, operating system, CCTV, PABX, and software troubleshooting and repair. Acquired three Desktop and Laptop service engineer certificate from a well-known company namely Asus, HP, and Samsung. I also have worked part-time as a Video Editing (Sony Vegas), YouTube admin, Lead research, medical transcription, content writing, academic writing, E-book and article writing. However, the writings undergo proofread.

In addition, I acquired a lot of skills working for a local company, such as inventory management and customer support. I also excelled in using MS Word, MS Excel, Google Drive, and Google Spreadsheet, which I use for my daily reports. Moreover, I have basic knowledge of using software such as Photoshop, VPN, MS access, Upgrade to see actual info, MySQL, PHP, HTML, and CSS.  I also have knowledge of how cryptocurrency works. I do mine cryptocurrency and have an experience playing cryptocurrency on a Stock Market.

I am currently running two businesses. One is real estate which is currently rented. And the other one is peer to peer lending that is managed by my employees and does not need a lot of time to manage. Therefore, both of the businesses will not compromise working time.

I am hoping for a long-term job which will give me opportunities to learn. If hired, I will work according to your protocol and will not be shamed in sharing ideas to help the business grow.
