Profile Description

I started out as a classroom teacher & tutor; teaching elementary students all academic subjects.
Later on I worked as Psychometrician & Guidance Counselor.
As Psychometrician, I was in charge of administering, scoring, profiling & interpreting standardized & projective tests to students and employee applicants.
As Guidance Counselor, I conducted regular counseling sessions with students to assist them in their various needs.
I also held regular conferences with teachers & parents to discuss student concerns.
From the academe I ventured into the industry initially as HR & Administration Officer and later on as HR & Administration Manager.
As such, I focused on the various facets of human relations like recruitment, compensation & benefits, employee administration, employee relations, training & development to name a few.
I also had the opportunity to serve as Corporate Secretary to a couple of companies I have worked for.
As such, I was in charge of all corporate documents.
Apart from the memos, communications and reports associated with the positions I have stated above, I have also written a number of reports for a couple of organizations that conduct market research.
I am more used to writing statistical reports for market studies.
However, my being a teacher makes it quite easy for me to research and write about various subject matters.
I am adept in working with MS Office applications.
I am just learning about WordPress and hope to gain proficiency with it soon.
I am looking for a long-term and stable job where I can help both the organization and my family as well.
