Profile Description

I worked in the BPO industry since 2004. I've handled different types of clients/programs/account - from customer service to technical support, sales, billing, collections, retentions, and currently, I am working in a fashion industry. I am very flexible when it comes to schedule, new tasks and changes. I am very good with call handling and have basic knowledge in computer and troubleshooting. I easily learn new things and resourceful so I can definitely work in minimal supervision.
I wish to start learning news things as much as I can and I am willing to do part time or full time job so I can start building my career as a home-based employee. I have a nice, quiet environment, a reliable DSL connection and and a working computer so It will be easier for me to complete daily tasks.
