Profile Description
I am a graduate of Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Ateneo de Davao University. I had an experience in various settings like School, Community, Clinical and Industrial. But I wanted to focus on the Industrial Setting where I can be an HR Associate. I had recruit, interview and screen applicants when I was an Intern in Gaisano Mall of Davao. We had an hour or two workshop in the mornings and work loads on the afternoons. I may not have an experience handling training and facilitating when I was on-the-job trainee but I had lessons and projects that involves having Group Processes, and Facilitating Workshops, Seminars and Conventions within our curriculum. Above all, I am interested and determined to learn other fields within the HR Department including Payroll, Benefits and Compensations, and all other things that involves Employee Motivation.
