Hello! I am Stephanie Grace R. Inguito, I've been exposed into the BPO Industry for almost 3 years. I started as a telemarketer for alarm systems. After 6 months, I moved to Laguna then worked as a customer service representative for a telecommunication company. Since Davao is my home place, I went home and worked again as a customer representative for online shopping. I've been handling with the billing on the account, status of their order, exchanges and return. After 5 months, I was picked by the client to handle 3 accounts, different brand but under the same company. After 5 months, I was transferred to the chat/email support team for those 3 accounts.
