I've been working in the call center industry for almost 4 years now. I've experienced a lot of different roles in the business aside from answering phone calls, taking in orders, etc.
It's really a big factor that you perform well at work as with my experience of not having any diploma from college. The road for me become so rough but having a big one goal to succeed is enough to step up.
I've started working as a typical call center agent in a not so small company somewhere in Quezon City. After a year I left my job and was given
a chance to work for one of the biggest call center in the country. I first handled back office position for a New Zealand provisioning company and was promoted as Quality specialist after a year and a half.
I know I did very
well as an employee that's why inspite of being a non-degree holder, I was promoted to Human Capital Coordinator role and was trusted to handle 16 sites in the Philippines for government related concerns. I know that what I am getting right now is an enough proof that I am good employee to my employer.
I am now trying to get more challenges outside of my workplace at the comfort of my home. Hope to work with you guys in the future!!!
